Natalie Skin Beauty — Website Accessibility Statement
Statement date: October 4, 2026.
Our approach
We aim to make natalieskinbeauty.com accessible to visitors with different needs, including people with disabilities. This Statement describes our approach to website accessibility and how to get help if you encounter a barrier.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference when developing and reviewing our website. Referring to this standard does not constitute a claim that the website fully conforms to all of its criteria.
What we consider in development
Our priorities include:
- clear page structure, headings, links, and buttons;
- readable text, sufficient contrast, and the ability to enlarge content without losing essential information;
- keyboard operation and a visible indication of the focused element;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible key actions across screen sizes, including privacy settings controls.
Third-party services
We use Vagaro for appointment booking. Booking links open a separate platform whose interface is developed and maintained by its operator. Our website also links to other third-party resources.
We do not manage those interfaces, but we welcome reports of barriers that prevent you from accessing information about our services or booking them.
Help and accessibility feedback
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from reading information, using a website feature, or completing a booking, please contact us:
Email: nsskinbeauty@gmail.com
Text message: (657) 634-5509 — text messages only.
Where possible, identify the page or action involved, briefly describe the difficulty, and tell us how you prefer to receive a response. You may also share your browser, device, or assistive technology if convenient; this information is not required for us to consider your request.
We will review your message and discuss an accessible way to obtain the information or assistance you need. This may include providing information in text form, explaining the relevant steps, or assisting with a booking.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or detailed medical information to report an accessibility barrier. Do not send payment card details, passwords, or access codes through ordinary email or text messages.
Ongoing improvement
We consider user feedback when reviewing and improving the website. When barriers are identified, we consider the changes needed and ways to assist visitors while those barriers are addressed. We update this Statement when our approach or available ways to get help change materially.
