1. Who We Are
The website natalieskinbeauty.com is operated by Natallia Shemet, who provides services under the name Natalie Skin Beauty. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natalie Skin Beauty in that sense.
Service location:
1403 N Tustin Ave, Suite 160
Santa Ana, CA 92705
Privacy contact:
nsskinbeauty@gmail.com
2. About This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when you visit our website, contact us by email or text message, and use booking or client-service systems through which we receive and control information related to your appointments and services.
The website provides information about Natalie Skin Beauty and our services and includes links for booking and contacting us. This Privacy Policy does not replace a separate informed consent for a treatment or a separate photo/video authorization. It also does not serve as the privacy policy of third-party organizations whose websites or services may be linked from our site.
3. Information the Website May Receive Automatically
To deliver and protect the website, we and our technical infrastructure providers may process information such as your IP address, the requested page address, the date and time of the request, browser and device information, errors, and technical connection data. This type of processing is different from optional advertising or analytics tracking.
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled in the future and you permit their use, additional information may be processed, such as pages viewed, interactions with the site, link clicks, referral source, approximate region, browser identifiers, cookies, and advertising parameters.
Technical identifiers are not necessarily anonymous. Depending on the context, they may be associated with a particular browser, device, or person.
4. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us
The website does not include its own contact form, registration form, payment form, or client intake questionnaire. If you contact us by email or SMS, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide and use it to respond and help arrange the service you requested.
Please do not send medical questionnaires, detailed contraindication information, payment-card details, passwords, or access codes by ordinary email or SMS. When sensitive information is necessary, please use the client process we provide or approve for that purpose.
Reading this Privacy Policy or contacting us with a question does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Consent to optional website tracking also does not constitute consent to receive marketing SMS or email.
5. Information the Public Website Is Not Designed to Collect
The public website does not contain forms for medical history, medication or contraindication information, skin or health questionnaires, treatment-consent signatures, payment-card details, or passwords.
When this type of information is required for services, it belongs in a separate client process rather than in public website forms.
The absence of intake forms does not mean that no personal information is processed. Technical processing is described in this Policy, and any optional analytics or advertising technologies must follow the consent rules described below.
6. Booking and Vagaro
We use Vagaro for booking and related client operations. On that platform, clients provide information needed for the requested action, such as contact details, the selected service, and appointment time. Payments and deposits are processed through the payment process provided by the platform, not through a payment form on our public website.
We use information available to us about our clients for booking, appointment preparation, providing services, payment records, and client service. If Vagaro processes information on our behalf, our responsibility for processing that we control remains with us. When Vagaro acts independently, such as in connection with its own user-account services, its own privacy practices apply.

7. Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising Technologies
At the time this version is prepared for publication, optional Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, and similar optional analytics or advertising tags are not treated as active on the Natalie Skin Beauty public website unless they are separately enabled and verified.
If we enable an optional analytics or advertising technology, it must not begin optional tracking on our website before the visitor gives the required consent through our Privacy Settings. We will update this Policy as needed to identify the active technology and its purpose.
We do not send client-intake content, medical information, contraindications, payment-card details, message content, or clients’ direct contact information to advertising or analytics systems. We do not use that information to create advertising audiences. This does not mean that permitted technical identifiers and website events are completely anonymous.
8. Managing Optional Cookies and Tracking
Optional analytics and advertising technologies on our website do not start without your consent. You may accept or decline their use. Closing a notice, scrolling the page, or continuing to browse does not by itself constitute consent.
You can change your choice through the Privacy Settings control available on the website. Declining optional technologies does not prevent ordinary use of the website or access to the booking link. Necessary technical processing used to deliver and secure the site and to remember your privacy choice may continue.
Your choice generally applies to the relevant browser or device. If you delete stored settings or use a different browser, you may need to make the choice again. Withdrawing consent stops the corresponding future optional tracking on our website, but it does not by itself erase information previously transmitted. To request deletion of information we control, you may use the process described in Section 14.
Your choice on our website does not replace the privacy settings of external platforms you visit.
9. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and protect the website; respond to inquiries; arrange bookings and services; maintain necessary client and payment records; perform permitted analytics and advertising measurement when enabled; improve website content; prevent abuse; comply with applicable legal obligations; and protect lawful rights.
A click to a booking page is a website interaction, not confirmation of an appointment or payment. Service outcomes are determined from the applicable operational records, not from button clicks alone.
10. Third-Party Services and External Links
The website contains links to external services, including Vagaro, Instagram, and ZMD Aesthetics. When you follow a link, you interact with a separate platform that has its own data practices.
If third-party technologies are loaded directly on our website, their processing may begin before you visit the external platform. Optional technologies are subject to the consent rules described in this Policy.
An external link does not mean that the linked organization automatically receives all of your client information. We remain responsible for processing that we determine and control.
11. Who May Have Access to Information
To the extent necessary for the purposes described above, information may be accessible to authorized persons involved in providing services and to providers supporting hosting, security, communications, booking, payment processing, and any permitted analytics or advertising measurement.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, to comply with lawful requests, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or at your direction or with your consent.
A provider’s role and applicable restrictions depend on the function it performs and the relevant arrangements. Using a third-party system does not eliminate our responsibilities for information we control.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and as permitted by applicable law. In determining retention periods, we consider the type of information, service needs, recordkeeping requirements, security, and legitimate needs related to resolving disputes.
Retention periods may differ for technical logs, correspondence, client records, and any analytics data that may later be enabled. For systems in which we control retention settings, we use settings appropriate to the purpose. For a provider’s independent processing, that provider’s practices apply. Information processed by a provider on our behalf does not stop being our responsibility merely because it is stored on the provider’s systems.
At the end of an applicable retention period, information is deleted or de-identified as permitted by the system and subject to legal obligations. This is not a promise of immediate deletion from every backup or from systems independently controlled by third parties.
13. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. One way we reduce risk is by not providing public website forms for sensitive client information or payment-card data.
14. Requests About Your Information
To request access to information we control, correction of that information, or deletion, contact us at nsskinbeauty@gmail.com. We will review the request in light of applicable rights and obligations and will let you know the result or any information reasonably needed to process the request.
When a request would disclose or change client records, we may need to reasonably verify the requester’s identity or a representative’s authority. Please do not send a passport, medical records, payment-card information, or access codes with your initial request. If verification is needed, we will explain an appropriate method.
Declining optional website tracking through the site’s Privacy Settings does not require identity verification.
In some circumstances, applicable law may allow or require us to retain limited information, for example for required records, a service already requested, security, or protection of legal rights. These exceptions do not authorize indefinite retention of all information.
For information that an independent platform controls on its own, you may need to contact that platform separately. However, we do not refer you to a platform merely because a record we control is technically stored in that service.
15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit privacy signals. The legacy Do Not Track (DNT) signal and Global Privacy Control (GPC) are different mechanisms.
Our website does not automatically change its tracking settings based on a Do Not Track signal. To make or change your choice about optional website tracking, use the Privacy Settings control.
When a Global Privacy Control signal is detected, optional advertising tracking, advertising storage, ad-user-data use, and ad-personalization are not enabled in conflict with that signal. Under the current launch implementation, optional analytics also remains off when GPC is present unless a later verified implementation and updated Privacy Policy expressly state otherwise.
16. Children’s Privacy
The website is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child provided such information to us, they may contact us at nsskinbeauty@gmail.com. If we determine that information was collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to stop the processing and delete the information as required by law.
This section does not establish age eligibility for particular services and does not replace parental or guardian consent where that consent is required as part of a client-service process.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, our data practices, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date or last-updated date.
For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or another appropriate form of notice as required by law. If a new type of processing requires separate consent, that consent will be obtained before the processing begins. Simply publishing an updated policy does not replace consent where consent is required.
